Even before the first fire for the first time in the region prohibited any vegetation burns. The cause of 90% of the fires in the region is called unauthorized burns, and careless handling of fire in the forest and steppe zones.

"The regime abolished emergency decree governor of the region at the end of last week. If the class of fire danger in the forests will grow until the fourth or fifth, limiting public access to the forest will be re-entered the decisions of local authorities," — said the deputy prime minister.

Action has been taken in accordance with the decision of the boundary commission for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and fire safety.

According to the regional emergency department on Monday morning in the region were five fires on the area of 153 acres, four of them have been located.

In 2012, with the start of fire season in the Trans-Baikal region recorded 744 wildfires in the area of 387.6 hectares.
