The number of flood victims in Mozambique to 55 people

 The number of flood victims in Mozambique has risen to 55 people, said on Thursday the Associated Press referring to the UN.

Previously reported 40 dead.

According to the UN, two weeks of heavy rains in the northern and central parts of the country were left without shelter 170,000 people. Mozambican authorities to report a lack of food and water for victims of the floods in the south. People have to be used in food products contaminated with dangerous microorganisms and water, according to local doctors.
