Dramatic warming observed in the Czech Republic on Monday — in Ceske Budejovice in the south temperature record broken in 1884, here the temperature climbed to 14.3 degrees Celsius, according to the Czech Hydrometeorological Service.
Over the past day temperature records were beaten in 17 cities in the Czech Republic. Warmest was in New Grad-Byneve — plus 15.4 degrees Celsius.
As the meteorologists, the capital of the Czech Republic is also very warm — in Prague was a plus 13.
According to the Czech Hydrometeorological Service, the warm weather will last in the Czech Republic by the end of this week. The weekend rain is expected and a slight cooling, but above-zero temperatures continue.
