Chairman of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee Aleh Hulak said to Radio Liberty warning, which made the Belarusian Helsinki Committee, the Ministry of Justice.

Gulak added that this is a warning — the first year in BKH, and said that it will be appealed to the Supreme Court of Belarus. Gulak drew attention to the fact that the Justice Ministry has accused the BHC in discrediting Republic of Belarus — as we know, Penal Code there is a corresponding article, which, however, has not yet been applied.

"We are definitely going to continue their human rights activities without any reduction of our activity in connection with a warning. BHC created for public control over the authorities," — said Gulak.

"The Ministry of Justice has demonstrated an uncivilized approach to solving disputes. We just expressed their views on how we see the situation. When the Ministry of Justice considers that the must only one opinion, then, hopefully, we have been through these times, "- said the chairman of the BHC.
