In Khabarovsk Krai laid for incubation over 63 million salmon eggs

More than 63.5 million salmon eggs laid by incubation in hatcheries Khabarovsk Territory, accounting for 86 percent of the annual plan. This was reported by ITAR-TASS news agency in the Ministry of natural resources of the territory, stressing that "the laying of eggs lasts, are expected to implement the targets of the year."

Of the eight hatcheries edge best results are achieved by Anyuysk plant where laid on the incubation of about 27 million eggs. More on the two state enterprises "Amurrybvod" — Gursky and Udi factories laid more than 25 million eggs.

Since 2010, operates a regional target program "The reproduction of aquatic biological resources in the Khabarovsk Territory until 2020." Provided for over 10 years to expand the network of public and private aquaculture facilities in the province to 20 units, the volume of production of juvenile fish salmon in a natural environment to increase by 2 times, and juvenile sturgeon and Siberian sturgeon — 2.9 times.

This year, in the province for the first time in 100 years of observations has produced more than 50 tonnes of salmon. This result is achieved thanks to the purposeful work on artificial fish farming and replenishment of fish stocks especially valuable prorod. Fish farmers are planning to release in the future, more than 61.5 million salmon fry.
