Vsevolozhsk district of Leningrad region opened two kindergartens for 550 seats

February 5 Vsevolozhsk district of Leningrad region have opened two new kindergartens — in Sertolovo and New Devyatkino.

Facilities for Children in Sertolovo — it's not just a kindergarten and pre-school department Sertolovsky secondary school N2. The opening of the kindergarten was literally a welcome: the object was completed last year, but opened its doors to children only recently. Kindergarten is designed for 280 seats, but under the rules SanPin, the number of children can be increased up to 400 people.

Construction of the new facility at a cost of 214 million rubles, of which 129 million paid area, and 85 were sent from the local budget. In addition, from the regional treasury was allocated an additional 8 million rubles for the purchase of equipment for the garden.

The second nursery in New Devyatkino — less Sertolovsky. It will be able to deal with up to 150 children. This will provide the service of pre-school education for all children between 3 and 7 years old, living in New Devyatkino and requiring the provision of places in kindergarten. This kindergarten N59 is truly unique social object: it is the first institution in the territory of the Leningrad region, built on a "social facilities in exchange for taxes."

Developer — "Arsenal", a tax resident of the Leningrad region — is building in New Devyatkino quarter of 9 houses with service agencies, a total area of 300,000 square meters. In particular, the company has built and a new children's garden, which in January 2013 the property was purchased in the municipality "Vsevolozhskiy metropolitan region." The project cost was 93 million rubles. The Ransom kindergarten regional budget allocated 75 million rubles, the remaining 18 million were added to the local budget.
