Google first unveiled the Russian security services data users 

Company Formation for the first time Google has disclosed data on its users to appeal Russian municipalities, satisfying one query to the report Google Transparency report for July-December 2012.
According to the report Google during the reporting period, the company received from the Russian government agencies 97 requests for disclosure of 123 users. Google fully or partially satisfied the 1% of the requests. In the period from January 2011 to June 2012 the company received 158 requests from Russia about 170 users, without satisfying any request.
With all of this are two more countries in which Google has never granted any 1st request from government agencies to disclose information about users. They are Hungary and Turkey. In most cases, satisfies the requirements of Google in the U.S. — 88% of the 8.4 thousand queries. In Singapore, the UK and Taiwan company opens data users in 70% of the requests.
In June 2012, representatives of Google said that behold the danger to freedom of speech and the basics of democracy due to the increasing number of requests from government agencies of different countries to remove content from the websites of the company.
