The lyrical and sentimental retreat

I must say that I admire the courage of people who can feel the recipe for weight loss found in the network, and immediately try it for yourself. I myself am wary to diets. The life I drove with them twice.

Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon juice.

Lunch: fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice.

Dinner: fruit.

Day 6

Breakfast: black coffee.

Lunch: half boiled chicken, salad of fresh cabbage or carrots.

Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, a cup of raw carrots with vegetable oil.

 Day 7

Breakfast: tea.

Lunch: 200 grams of cooked beef, fruit.
