The contract for the construction of three non-propelled pontoons with "Shipping company ARC" was signed in October 2011. The contract price — about 350 million rubles. 

Use a new financing scheme for the plant: with the leasing company "Gosznak-leasing" the plant allow continued financing for the purchase of materials, payroll and taxes. Resuscitation of the largest enterprise in the Soviet era began in 2010 with its entry into the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC).  Under the patronage of the federal structure of the business, in addition to a signed contract with LUKOIL, have been contracted to build two bulk carriers for Western Shipping and two tankers "Moscow River Shipping Company."
