Construction Exhibition Centre began in June 2011 and was completed in February of this year. He is a three-story architectural structure built in the neoclassical style, the so-called "Stalin's empire." On the roof of the exhibition center mounted columns and balusters. The architectural ensemble is made up by columns with complex structural elements. Area of the exhibition center is 7 thousand square meters. meters on three floors housed more than 70 rare civilian and military artifacts from World War II and the postwar period.

On the first floor — a collection of armored vehicles and military applications. Among them SUV Soviet GAZ-67, American "Willys" and "Dodge", amphibian FORD GPA and others. As well as a collection of executive cars that have become symbols of the Soviet era — M-1, the ZIS-101, ZIS-110 and others.

The exhibition shows the history of the second floor of the domestic auto industry in the postwar period. It establishes the basic patterns of GAZ vehicles, AZLK ZAZ. There are also several foreign cars, a collection of Soviet motorcycles, scooters and sidecars. On the third floor — exhibition on the history of Russia award, uniforms and small arms: from the time of Peter I and ending with the period of the Great Patriotic War.
