In Kazakhstan, there were six earthquakes per day

New aftershocks of magnitude 4.8 occurred in the south-east of Kazakhstan, close to major cities — Almaty. The earthquake was recorded at 17.37 local time (15.37 GMT), 74 km north-east of Almaty.
The earthquake was the sixth, as recorded in Kazakhstan on May 1. The first tremors occurred in 8.31 local time, their magnitude was 5.5. Magnitude of the other four earthquakes ranged from 3.2 to 4.8. Information on the destruction and casualties were reported.
