- information that contributes to human trafficking
- promotion of violence.
Engaged in drawing up a blacklist State Inspectorate for telecommunications on the basis of decisions, "the leaders of the State Control Committee, the General Prosecutor's Office, the OAC, the republican bodies of state administration."
