Earthquake of magnitude 5.3 occurred on Thursday on the coast of the Dominican Republic, reports the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake was recorded at 05.35 local time (13.35 MSK) is 55 kilometers from the capital of Santo Domingo. Hearth lies at a depth of ten kilometers.
