Competition for the construction of a road bridge over the river

July 19 Federal Road Agency announced open competition on the concession agreement for the construction and operation of the road bridge across the Lena River in the area of Yakutsk.

As part of the construction of the road bridge is planned to build a road bridge, road approaches to it stretching over 21 thousand meters and contiguity to the tracks "Umnas" and "Lena".

According to the future of the concession agreement for the investor’s own and borrowed funds will carry out the design and construction of a road bridge, its approaches, as well as all the necessary engineering and technical infrastructure. The state, in turn, compensates for the costs of the concessionaire to build and operate. In addition, in accordance with the Federal Government to conclude a concession agreement for the construction of the road junction from April 2, 2013 № 489-r of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will provide for the seizure and the donation to the Russian Federation required for the construction of the road bridge land, free of third party rights.

It is assumed that the costs of the state budget for the construction of the project will amount to no more than 40.25 billion rubles in prices of 2013. In this case, at the expense of private investment expected to attract more than 17 billion rubles at all stages of the project. The total cost of the construction of the new bridge is 46.7 billion rubles in prices of 2013.
