The shipyard Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co.Ltd. (South Korea), May 4, 2013 launched the first polurefrizheratorny LPG gas carrier, commissioned by a group of Sovcomflot (SCF) for the work under the contract with the petrochemical holding Sibur.

The construction of ships with ice class 1B (Ice3 classification of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping) will ensure their efficient operation at low temperatures of the Baltic Sea during winter navigation.

Vessels built under the supervision of two societies — Lloyd’s Register (LR) and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS).

Modern gas carriers are designed to meet all applicable international requirements and standards. Structural Type of cargo tank is removable 4 "C", designed to carry cargo under the pressure of 540 kPa and a total capacity of 20,600 cubic meters. m Completion and delivery of the lead ship Sibur Voronezh scheduled for mid-July.
