The total investment of the company "RusVinyl" in the construction project for the production of polyvinyl chloride of around 55.3 billion rubles. The production capacity of the plant will be 330 tons (PVC) and 235 thousand tons of caustic soda per year. (Today Russia consumes about 1 million tons of PVC, of which 400,000 tons — import. RusVinyl will almost completely replace the volume of imports.) In the framework of the investment project will create about 500 new jobs with an average salary of 40,000 rubles.
