Sibenergomash completed the reconstruction of St. Peter and Paul on the TPP-2

"Sibenergomash", included in power engineering holding "NOVAEM" completed the adjustment testing boiler Paul SS-2.

As part of the reconstruction and modernization of power plant that provides heat and electricity to the capital of North-Kazakhstan region, "Sibenergomash" has supplied the boiler E-270-9.8-540KT and reconstructed the two boilers E-220 ,8-9-540KT. The peculiarity of the project — raising steam (up to 270 tons of steam per hour) within the boundaries of the existing boiler plant cell. In the process of reconstruction of the boiler station number 6 and 7 with the modern technical solutions — staged combustion fuel nozzles with the installation of the upper and lower blast.

Test results boilers Ekibastuz coal confirmed all guaranteed performance: the work load in the range from 190 to 270 tons of steam per hour, obtained by reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) is below 470 mg / m³. In this case, the boiler efficiency was more than 90%.

"The implementation of the project of reconstruction and Paul CHP will reduce the risk of energy shortages in the region and compensates for the growing demand for electricity in Kazakhstan. The equipment produced by "Sibenergomash" now successfully operating in the largest thermal power stations of the republic, allowing to achieve high economic performance under harsh environmental requirements of the region "- said Managing Director "Sibenergomash" Sergey Aleshin.
