The oil terminal at Ust-Luga received 47 MW of additional capacity

MES North-West completed the grid connection of the 110 kV Slobidka, the supply of oil cargo complex of "Rosneftbunker" and complex for transshipment of stable gas condensate of "Novatek — Ust-Luga", a 330 kV substation Kingiseppskaya in the Leningrad region.

As a result, possible to transfer power to consumers in a volume 47 MW.
A full-scale operation the world’s largest oil terminal capacity to 30 million tons per year in the commercial port of Ust-Luga will improve the logistics flows and reduce transaction costs for the transportation of oil exported to Europe, and will also help accelerate economic and social development of the region.
As part of the grid connection MES North-West reconstructed open distribution system (OS) at 110 kV Substation 330 kV Kingiseppskaya, built two 110 kV transmission line. In particular, a 110 kV put into operation two additional cells 110 kV current transformers are installed, voltage, gas-insulated circuit breakers and disconnectors. In addition, as part of a comprehensive reconstruction of the substation Kingiseppskaya an automated information system for measurement of electricity (AMR) and installed fiber-optic communication line (FOCL).
