Canada should expect a very harsh winter weather and climate

This year, the weather service advised all Canadians not to hide away your mittens and on-view snow shovel as the new winter season will be much more cold and snow than a year ago. That is, it will be winter in the best traditions of the northern snow drifts with the Christmas and New Year, and not with the rain and sleet, as in 2011.

Will only be able to surprise the Atlantic coast of Canada, in most of which the temperature of the air will be slightly above normal, as rainfall. At the same time, in the north of the prairies, to the north-western Canada and western Nunavut temperature is far below the average for the last 30 years. Big snow can be expected in the Great Lakes and the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
Strong storms will become a frequent guest approaching winter, as the cold northern masses will always compete with the warm south just over Canada. No exception will be special surprises as winter aside sharp warming and cooling in the direction of a sudden changing each other. More accurate forecasts will take into account the fact that both La Niña and El Niño in 2012-2013 will be quite weak and the cold air can easily penetrate to the continent. But the cold winter does not mean that global warming passes Canada.
