Brest city authorities forbade picket in support of Alexander Kozulin

Creators reported statements of intention to hold a rally on July 10 Russian street in Brest. It was assumed that the action will be enticed by the public’s attention to the plight of the ex-candidate Presidents of Belarus Alexander Kozulin, who was sentenced to five and a half years imprisonment.
But Brest city executive committee denied the Social Democrats in the picket, citing the fact that the only place for such activities defined stadium "Locomotive".
Chairman of the regional organization BSDP (Gromada) Igor Maslowski said that the stadium, which is located in the midst of personal developments and enclosed by the highest fence is not adapted for mass actions. Because the Social Democrats want to appeal to the city council, so he led the other places where you can organize such events.
