Salad «Tanzania»

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

Rice noodles — 300 grams, green grapes (preferably seedless) -150 g shrimp — 500 grams, lemon 1/2 pcs., Hot chili pepper pod -1, honey — 30 g pine nuts — 50 g of soy Sauce — 50 ml olive oil, ginger root — 50 g, salt and spices to taste.

WHAT TO DO:

4. In a bowl put the shrimp, roasted chili and ginger, here we add the crushed grapes. For the filling mix 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and honey. Pour ingredients and mix. Noodles wound on a spoon and place on top of a pyramid. Sprinkle with pine nuts salad, place a slice of lemon. Immediately serve.
