July 29, 2013. July 24, about an hour after sunset, Gerardo Connon from Rio Grande City to Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, went outside and was stunned — the sky glowed rare nacreous clouds. The phenomenon was so bright and colorful, which eclipsed lights street lighting.
