The ceremony was the launch of two new large-scale projects of the company was attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Cellular communication "Fly" is provided by the scheme MVNO — so-called "virtual operator". The second project — titled "Always Online" — involves the installation of 150 access points, Wi-Fi in the streets of Kazan.
