Belarus does not participate in CSTO exercises

Belarus has refused to send troops to the joint tactical exercises of the Collective Rapid Response Forces of the Collective Security Treaty (CSTO RRF).

"Belarus is not sending its troops to Russia to participate in joint anti-terrorism exercises near Chelyabinsk CSTO RRF.
