Gold Chip — 2013

The development of "ELVIS" was highly praised the jury "Gold Chip."

In 2013, the competition attracted more than 20 Russian companies with more than 40 projects.

In the category "Contribution to the development of Russian electronics" of SPC "ELVIS" was awarded first place for the development of chip SRAM 1657RU1U with unique parameters of radiation resistance of CMOS technology. Chip was designed by SPC "Elvis" with the active participation of MEPI.

In the category "Best Product of Russian electronics 2012 — 2013 years" Company "ELVIS" took second place for the development of radiation-resistant multi-chip microprocessor module.

Earlier SPC "ELVIS" also won first place in the contest "Golden Chip" — Best product of microelectronics in 2010.

The contest "Golden Chip" is held c 2004, with the support of the Department of Radio Electronic Industry Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship in Moscow, GC "Russian Technologies", Rosatom, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, the Guild of exhibition and fair organizations MCCI .

The purpose of the contest is to promote the revival of the industry and support businesses that promotes the development of science, business, education and the formation of a positive image of different Russian electronics.

Boris Borisov	One of the initiators of the competition and the Chairman of the jury before 2010 was Boris Borisov (up to 2011, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation).
President of the jury Yakunin AS	Since 2011, the Chairman of the jury is Yakunin AS — Director of the Department of Radio Electronic Industry Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
