Belarusian human rights activist Paul Levinov arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of involvement in the terrorist attack in the Minsk metro, which took place on April 11 and killed 13 people.

In the International Observation Mission explained that at around 11:00 local time (12:00 MSK) in Minsk apartment relatives Shchukin, which at that moment was, he and his friends, police officers came.
