Sarmich — the first modern cheese factory, built in Russia from scratch

In April 2013 marks the second anniversary of the opening of the modern cheese factory "Sarmich" Insar in the region of the Republic of Mordovia. The event was significant for all of Mordovia, and especially for the city of InSAR: after all, except for high-quality products will be about 200 new jobs.

At the beginning of the plant produced only one kind of cheese — "Russian." Today, products are sold in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Kirov, Samara, Pyatigorsk and other cities. The plant currently produces 12 kinds of cheese and three kinds of oil.

This ambitious project has been implemented by the federal leases: "Rosagroleasing" has equipped the plant process equipment for milk processing and cheese production in excess of 600 million rubles.

Milk suppliers are livestock farms, farmers and family farms of the republic. The plant has its own exit laboratory that analyzes and verifies the quality of the raw milk.

In 2012, the plant produced 542 tons of oil and 3,851 tons of cheese.

In February this year visited the plant a French actor Gerard Depardieu. He named the plant is not only the best in Russia, but also one of the best in Europe.
