Slavneft-YANOS put into operation a new plant for processing oil sludge

In JSC "Slavneft-YANOS" launched a new modular plant for processing of sludge «Flottweg» (Germany), capacity 12.5 cu. m / hr

Full installation will satisfy the needs of the enterprise in the recycling of waste generated during the production of petroleum products, and will replace the obsolete and outdated similar to the installation of "ALFA Laval» (Sweden), which was operated at the plant for about 25 years and is now decommissioned.
Feature of the technology offered by the «Flottweg», is a single-stage separation of oil sludge into three components: the oil phase, water and solid residue. In this case, the oil phase is returned to production, the water after passing a thorough cleaning at wastewater treatment plants is discharged into the enterprise spillway channel, the solid residue is used for reclamation. The content of hydrocarbons in the oil phase is 98-99%, which demonstrates the high efficiency of the technology.
In addition, the new facility features an advanced process control system.
Site preparation, installation and commissioning of new installations have been completed within six months. General contractor of construction works by OOO "Koksokhimmontazh-Volga" with the participation of specialists of the Moscow representative office of «Flottweg».
The commissioning of a modern processing plant sludge — another step towards reducing the negative impacts of industrial production on the environment and improve environmental safety YaNOS.
