The airline "Turkish Airlines" (Turkish Airlines) announced the opening of the new flight to Kharkiv. The flight will connect one of the largest cities in Ukraine to Istanbul. The first flight of the new route is scheduled for March 13.
Currently, the "Turkish Airlines", are in Ukraine is one of the most representative flight schedules of major international airlines. Turkish Airlines operate regular flights to Istanbul from Kiev, Odessa, Simferopol, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Lviv.
From Kharkov Turkish Airlines will fly twice a week — on Tuesdays and Fridays. Serve airliner will fly Boeing 737-800, reports ru.poezdka.de.
To attract additional interest to the new direction the company announced special prices for flights, which will operate from 13 to 31 March 2012. A ticket purchased at the dates in between, will cost 109 euros. Each passenger will be able to free carrying on board 30 kg luggage.
Flights to the new direction of Kharkiv-Istanbul are now on sale. They can be booked as the official airline www.thy.com, and in the offices of "Turkish Airlines", around the world.
For "Turkish Airlines", Ukraine is one of the most important markets in Eastern Europe. This is evidenced by signed in 2010 an agreement with the Ukrainian airline "Aerosvit" on joint flights between the two countries.
Currently, direct flights to Istanbul from Kharkov provides another Turkish Airlines — Pegasus.
