The world's largest aircraft AN-225 "Mriya" delivered today from France to Japan 140 tons of humanitarian aid. This was reported in the RBC press service of the Ukrainian state enterprise "Antonov". Flight was carried out on behalf of the Government of France. Among the goods were machinery and generators. The plane took off after unloading in Hostomel (Ukraine).
Note AN-225 is not the first time a humanitarian mission. In February 2010 he moved from Tokyo for the government of Japan's large-sized construction equipment for earthquake relief in Haiti.
