Area of forest fires in Siberia fell to 10,000 hectares

The area of forest fires in Siberia for the past day has decreased from 16.9 thousand to 10.3 thousand hectares, on Thursday morning in the district registered 68 seats, according to the District Department of Forestry.

Fires reported on forest land Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk and Irkutsk regions.

The Office notes that the forest fire situation in the Krasnoyarsk region stabilizes. At the moment, the province recorded 47 forest fires in the area of 2.834 hectares. July, 11 emergency treatment of a regional character on the edge is removed.

In the Tomsk region registered 18 forest fires in the area of 7.23 thousand hectares, including the five largest in the area of 6000 hectares — in Alexander and Kargasok areas. All forest fires in the region — in the air, rugged terrain.

Three more fires reported in the Irkutsk region, an area of 199 hectares.

According to the department, threatening human settlements and economic facilities in the area do not.

Special fire mode (restriction on visiting forests) is introduced throughout the Novosibirsk region and the Altai Republic, in three areas of the Republic of Buryatia, in 13 districts of the Irkutsk region, across the Trans-Baikal region, in one area of the Omsk region.
