On Friday, November 30 in the south of the State of New Jersey, United States, near the town of Polsboro, a bridge collapsed under a freight train, carrying tanks with vinyl chloride.

Four tanks were in the water, one of them appears to be leaking, and there was a leak of vinyl chloride. Affected 18 people in all — breathing problems. Now, the lifeguard, is the evacuation of the surrounding population.
