Prosecuting authorities of Belarus ready to assist OSCE experts, who arrived in Minsk on October 25, in the investigation into the death of journalist Oleg Bebenina. This was stated by the Prosecutor General of Belarus.
Prosecutor General's Office said that while it is not known where will work Experts: the prosecutor's office of Minsk region or at the OSCE office in Minsk. The prosecuting authorities are willing to provide them with materials testing, the ability to examine the scene, to translate into English all the necessary materials.
In Belarus, the recall came forensic doctor and criminologist from Norway and Sweden. As previously reported, the main part of the investigation of the Belarusian law enforcement authorities into the death Bebenina translated into English. The work of translators employed by the OSCE will continue, as experts may require any other documents. Not excluded the possibility of exhuming the body, if need be.
The duration of the inquiry into the death of Bebenina extended prosecutor of Minsk region until November 3. A comprehensive examination of the body of the deceased is only partially completed.

Oleg Bebenin was born in 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the Belarusian State University. In the 1990s, he worked as deputy chief editor of the independent newspaper "Name". Founded in 1998's "Charter` 97 "(charter97.org) and was its director. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
