Forest conservation one day put out five wildfires in the Far East

Forest protection specialists for the last day in the Far East put out five wildfires, said on Monday the Department of Forestry in the Far Eastern Federal District.

"For the past day in the Far East there were 19 natural fires — four in the Khabarovsk region, eight in Yakutia, one in the Amur region, three in the Chukotka region, two in the Magadan region, one in the Kamchatka region. Specialists managed to eliminate five of them, eight localized, "- said in a release.

The Office notes that the area of forest fires, traversed for the last day fire was 1.1340 ha. Were involved in fire 364 persons, 28 vehicles and 11 aircraft.
