A former high school teacher Tula pay 200 thousand rubles for taking bribes from students

 The Tula Regional Court convicted the former teacher of Tula State University Alexander Flank of taking bribes from students.

Senior Assistant Regional Prosecutor Lyubov Kuznetsova said on Friday, "Interfax" that a former assistant professor of engineering machinery and machine parts TSU 58-year-old A.Pashin a court fined for 200 thousand rubles.

He also denied the right to engage in teaching activities for a period of three years.

According to court records, A.Pashin received from the students of the university money for affixing appreciation for the protection of the course work and the exam on a subject, brought false information in the transcripts of students and other official documents.

Total teacher in bribes from seven students received 20 thousand rubles.

Criminal proceedings were instituted under two articles of the Criminal Code — "receiving bribes in person for knowingly illegal actions" and "the introduction of an official of false information in an official document of selfish interest."

Over the past few years for taking bribes was sentenced six teachers of the Tula State University.
