Article 293 "Riots"

The first organization of mass unrest involving personal violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, armed resistance to the government —

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of five to fifteen years.

The second part in the riots, which was to direct the commission of acts referred to in the first part of this article, — shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.

A criminal case under article 339 part 3 of the Criminal Code for "Hooliganism"

First Dashkievich Dmitry — Chairman of "Malady Front" (sentenced March 24 to two years in prison)
The second LOBOV Edward — activist of the "Young Front" (sentenced March 24 to 4 years maximum security prison)

Arrested on December 18, both face charges.

Article 339 "Hooliganism"

The first intentional or grossly violate the public order and express a clear disrespect for society, accompanied by violence or threat of violence or destruction of or damage to property of others, or are designated exceptional cynicism (hooliganism) —

The second hooliganism committed repeatedly or by a group of persons or a person connected with resistance, stops bullying, or connected with causing grievous bodily harm less (hooliganism)

Third Actions envisaged in the first or second of this Article, committed with the use of weapons and other items used as a weapon to inflict bodily injury, use of explosives or explosive devices, or committed with the threat of their use, in the absence of a more serious crime (particularly malignant hooliganism) —

shall be punished with imprisonment of three to ten years.
