Large forest fires raging in different parts of Greece

Large forest fires raging in several parts of Greece, said on Monday the country's fire service.

In particular, serious fires in areas marked by Messinia, Laconia, Argolis Corinth and the Peloponnese, and in Aetolia in mainland Greece. In Zakynthos in the Ionian Sea evacuated village, which went up one of the three fires, reported Monday on the island. Also on the island of Andros in the Aegean sea, dozens of people are struggling with the fire in the day before, presumably because of careless handling of fire of two French tourists who were detained.

The situation is most severe on the island of Chios, where it is still not possible to localize the fire, which broke out on the night of August 18.
