More than 3,000 troops are participating CVO military mortgage

In 2011, the register of members savings and mortgage system (NIS) included 3327 soldiers from the Volga region, the Urals and Western Siberia and the Baikal region.

CVO servicemen are able to buy a house in the property using the target housing loan and mortgage loan at the end of three years from the date of inclusion in the register of members savings and mortgage system, self-selecting with the place of purchase and its characteristics (dimensions). Thus, of the 639 servicemen acquired 83 apartments — studios, 278 — two-bedroom, 260 -, and 18 two-bedroom apartments have a larger area.

Every year, registered savings accounts accounted military funds, which come from the federal budget and are indexed to inflation. In 2012, the size of the annual incremental fee per participant is already 205200 rubles.

For more comprehensive information about the functioning of the military savings and mortgage system, providing the participants of different types of aid are 17 branches FGKU "Rosvoenipoteka." Four of them — on the territory of the Central Military District in Barnaul, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Samara.
