The governor of the Tula region, Vladimir Gruzdev on Monday handed over the keys to new apartments for orphans and children left without parental care. Total orphans provided 51 apartments in the new building on the street Khvorostukhina in Tula.

V.Gruzdev earlier said that the problem with providing housing for orphans will be completely resolved by 2015. Housing for them will be bought only in new buildings.
