In Poland, the prosecutors are on strike today to protest against cuts in funding for their departments. They repeat their strike on Friday, November 19. During the strike, prosecutors will question witnesses and suspects to put charges.
On 17 and 18 November will hold a similar strike Polish judges, who are also seeking higher wages. In these days they will not consider cases in courtrooms and judicial practice reading materials and kiss the study of sentences in their offices.
This is the first coordinated protest prosecutors and judges in the history of Poland.
