OSCE experts have concluded that the journalist of "Charter 97" Oleg Bebenin committed suicide by hanging. What do they think about these output in Belarus?
According to the OSCE, experts from Norway and Sweden, which are commissioned by the OSCE Minsk acquainted with the materials of checking into the death of a Belarusian journalist, came to the conclusion that coincide with the official version of suicide Oleg Bebenina.
