President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko believes it is possible to implement a project to supply Azerbaijani oil to Belarusian refineries.
"We are conducting our negotiations are not against someone. I mean supplies to Belarus, to our refineries, Azerbaijani oil. Primarily — on the swap scheme. We do not hide it, "- said Lukashenko at the meeting with the President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Rovnag Abdullayev.
"You win ten dollars to one tonne, we — as we win" — Lukashenko said, adding that it is "a swinging oil via the Odessa — Brody pipeline with access to the" Friendship "and its supply to our plants."
Lukashenko are willing to consider "all options for cooperation in the hydrocarbon feedstock," Interfax reported.
"As long as we build at plants razvadkavanni natural gas, and on the coast of Azerbaijan will not Georgia, not Russia liquefy the gas, as does Qatar, we will be happy to buy from you this natural gas (…) It would be much cheaper than buying gas from Gazprom ", — said the President of Belarus.
