Ground test simulator naval aviation (threads), currently under construction in the area Eysk on the Azov Sea, was first used to run the deck training aircraft Su-25UTG.
As informs "Interfax" referring to a source in the military-industrial complex, runway and ramp new simulator is almost ready and that they were used for the take-off of the Su-25UTG.
Russian NITKA will be similar to Ukrainian similar simulator, the use of which Russia has refused in the summer of 2013. The total cost of construction of the Russian simulator is estimated at two billion rubles. Formerly director of the federal agency "Spetsstroy" Gregory Naginsky said that the Russian NITKA will work in the autumn of 2013. According to a source, "Interfax", the simulator in Eyske its parameters will exceed Ukrainian counterpart.
Earlier it was reported that, at present under construction in Eyske the helicopter simulator based aircraft (Ukrainian NITKA it does not have). According to Russian Navy Commander Admiral Viktor Chirkov, helicopter part will be operational in 2016. It will be attached to anchors in the coastal waters of the platform, which will be worked off and landing of helicopters on the deck of aircraft carriers.
