As the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Tula region, Andrei Stukalov, construction of 32 apartment buildings were built in the framework of the Federal Law № 185-FZ. Funding in the amount of 36 million rubles was carried out both from the federal budget and regional. Owners of new apartments were 60 residents of the village and the city of Komsomolsk Limes Kireevsky region, living in substandard housing barracks.
