Mogilev Leninsky court denied the eleven trustees of the presidential candidates and two human rights defenders in the consideration of their complaint. They sought to decree abolished the Leninsky district of places for agitation and mass events of the presidential candidates.
The reasons for failure to report to one of the complainants, the human rights activist Boris Buhel, court president Galina Kuzhaleva:
"She said that executive decisions are subject to appeal only to the higher power structures. We need to complain to the district authority to the city council, which we we do. "
A complaint to the Leninsky court trustees filed Nov. 26. They argued that the funds for the campaign site — unfit to lead a full campaign. Decree of the administration, they claimed, deprives the candidates, their trustees and the real possibilities of voters to exercise their right to campaign.
The complaint was signed trustees Gregory Kastusiou, Ales Mikhalevich, Vladimir Neklyayev, Yaroslav Romanchuk, Vitaly Rymashevsky, Andrei Sannikov, Nikolai Statkevich and Dmitri Uss. Joined the two complainants and Mogilev defenders — Buhel Boris and Sergey Fomin.
