In Oslo, the Nobel Peace Peace Prize to Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo, who is serving a prison sentence on charges of "subversion". The authorities of the PRC were not allowed to Norway for the ceremony, Liu Xiaobo's wife, and put pressure on the representatives of other countries that they boycotted the ceremony.
