An activist of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Constantine Shytalya detained in Braslaw for distributing campaign leaflets presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski.

The police handed a leaflet by fax to the management Interior Vitebsk region. They saw in the text of violation of the law — a call for participation in an unauthorized mass action.
