In Ingushetia, opened the first stage of Russia’s largest flour mill

One of the country's largest flour mills being built in Ingushetia Karabulak. April 10 opening of the first phase of a new venture.

Construction of the plant — the investment project is an agricultural company "Saturn-1." Power plant — processing 2.4 tons of grain production and 1,800 tons of flour per day. The estimated value of the company, whose construction began in 2011 — about 5.5 billion rubles. So far disbursed 3.3 billion.

Flour mills originally 360 people find jobs, with full production start — up to 1500 people.

On the day of launching the first phase of the plant was signed agreements with companies from Uzbekistan, Georgia, Tajikistan, South Africa, Peru, Armenia, as well as from the Russian regions who intend to buy the flour produced at the mill. 

"By launching today the first phase of this enterprise, we are opening a new page in the history of Ingushetia, the socio-economic development of the country", — said at the opening ceremony of the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.

First of all raw materials for the company will be purchased in Ingushetia itself. But the volume of grain grown in the country is not enough to fully load such a powerful production. Therefore have to buy raw materials in the neighboring regions. Also, the plant will get hundreds of trucks for the delivery of grain and flour.

Local businessmen plan to invest significant investments in the discovery of related industries: bakery venture for production of pasta, animal feed, oil extraction plant, meat processing and poultry, in a word, the entire manufacturing campus.
