On the Baltic Shipyard "Yantar" laid the first Project 11356 frigate for the Russian Black Sea Fleet. He was given the name "Admiral Grigorovich" in honor of the Secretary of the Navy, Admiral Ivan Konstantinovich Grigorovich, who stayed on as commander of the Port Arthur entire siege of the fortress during the Russian-Japanese war of 1905. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Admiral's granddaughter and great-grandson of Olga Petrova Andrew Moscovkin.
Shipyard "Yantar" in October 2010 won a tender from the Ministry of Defence for the construction of three patrol ships (frigates) Project 11356. This is the first in the modern history of the Russian Navy contract to build a series of warships. Now Kaliningrad plant successfully executes an order for the construction of three frigates for the same naval forces of India.
