In Kurgan open lekoteka

Kurgan the area became the tenth Russian region in which operates this modern form of psycho-pedagogical support for children with developmental disabilities and their parents

September 18 in Kurgan rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities opened lekoteki.

The Center annually undergo rehabilitation of more than 600 children, both from the regional center, and from all corners of the Trans-Urals. Of these, more than 60% — disabled children from the city of Kurgan and the region.

Lekoteka — Service of psychological and pedagogical support for children with special needs and their parents — is recognized as one of the high-ways of solving the problems of adaptation and correction of the mental development of preschool-age children at the highest level. Lekoteka included in the National Strategy for Action for Children for 2012-2017.
